Hi everyone:
Welcome to Marian’s on the Coast, and our very own DOG BLOG!!! We canines, live in the most incredible dog friendly spot that a pooch could ever wish to sniff out. Marian’s Seaside Retreat is a dog friendly accommodation that goes above and beyond, making sure all the dogs of this world (and their owners) feel right at home. Two of us call this spot on the Sunshine Coast home, and each of us has his and her own very special dogonality.
But first you need to meet us both…
Spencer… I am the more mature canine member of the family. At age 14, I’m a feisty little Bichon who spends most of my days sleeping on the couch, hanging around the people of the house hoping for food, and ..oh yeh…did I mention sleeping on the couch.
Sophie… is the baby of the household. I am an adorable little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (if I do say so myself), I’m just 2yrs. old and have lots and lots of energy. My favorite pastime is to chase the herons from the pond (and any other birds that happen to fly by). I love to play with the visiting dogs and meet their parents. Everyone loves me, (except for Spencer, he seems to think I’m immature and way too much in his face!) I have a great time down on the beach, and love to bring back the oysters and present them to my Mum and Dad. They make me smell really good too!
